In Review status will be shown after you have completed the application. The project owner will thoroughly review and evaluate your application before making a decision on whether to proceed with shortlisting or rejecting your submission. As for the time frame for a decision to be made, it can vary. However, our team at Flair will consistently follow up with the project owner to ensure a timely review of your application.

Shortlisted means that the project owner has selected your application from a pool of applicants to move on to the next stage of the selection process. From then on, you will be contacted by the project owner directly.

Not suitable means that the project owner has rejected your application. You may check out other opportunities on Flair that you may apply for.

It may take several days to a few weeks, or the project owner may choose to review applications after the conclusion of the project. Regarding the time frame for a decision, it may vary. However, the Flair team will remain diligent in following up with the project owner to ensure a prompt evaluation of your application.

The project manager will reach out to you via email. Kindly check your inbox regularly, as the message may end up in your spam folder.
