What is urgrow?
urgrow-a Leipzig start-up in the field of Urban Gardening is building personalized cultivation areas for the D2C market in fully automated, vertical farms. They offer this as year-round, sustainable, and organic crops without chemicals, CO2, and plastic waste.

What are urgrow’s technical advantages?
We have started with the urgrow Basecamp as a technological basis to develop the personalized cultivation areas in fully automated, vertical farms.

Based on these technology modules we are able to build the worldwide first organic-vertical-farming ecosystem. This will lead to the point where we are able to be the “operating system” for every vertical farming plant in the world in a SaaS approach.
How did urgrow team setup?
We believe that everyone can grow their own fresh, sustainable, and organic food. In order to realize this plan, we founded urgrow. The original personal dream has now developed into a real team project. With this mission, we set up the team with excellent experts in their field.
